While investigating the murder of a family, Sheriff Sheldon and his team, are puzzled by the discovery of an unidentified body found in the family home’s basement. The corpse of the beautiful Jane Doe is delivered to the coroner Tommy Tilden, for further investigation. Sheldon requests the cause of death by the following morning, so he can brief the press, who are starting to ask questions. Tommy enlists his assistant Austin, who is also his so, to spend the night performing the autopsy. Along the stormy and tragic night, Jane Doe’s weird and disturbing secrets are revealed.
